Several forms will be required of all interns, with just one for supervisors. Those will all be posted below, as they become necessary.
2020 Senior Internship initial interests form - due Monday, October 7, 2019
2020 Senior internship application (Google Form)
2020 Internship application signature page (hard copy)
- 1st semester students: due Friday, December 13, 2019
- 2nd semester students: due Wednesday, February 5, 2020
2020 Senior internship contract - due 2 weeks from when the student receives it
2020 Intern self-evaluation (paper) - due at exit interview (week of June 1)
2020 Intern supervisor evaluation (paper) - due at exit interview (week of June 1)
